Brace yourselves for a frightfully fun Halloween experience as Chester BID, in collaboration with the creative minds behind the highly acclaimed ‘Santa’s Enchanted Grotto, Chester’, presents an all-new spine-chilling extravaganza – ‘Chester’s Haunted Hotel – The Dee’.
This city centre haunted house adventure is set to thrill families, teenagers, and even adults seeking an extra dose of fright this Halloween season.
The immersive haunted experience will be held in the former Disney store, in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre.
Visitors need only venture into the heart of the precinct to encounter the chilling spectacle, with special effects, and surprises from a cast of spooky characters.
Halloween enthusiasts are encouraged to fully embrace the spirit of the occasion by donning their most hauntingly creative costumes when they visit ‘Chester’s Haunted Hotel – The Dee’.

The spooky Halloween encounters will be reserved for those who are 18 and over on October 30th and 31st, from 5pm to 9pm. For just £15 per adult, thrill-seekers can embark on this ghostly adventure and enjoy a ‘spooktacular’ drink courtesy of Revolution.
For families with young adventurers aged 4 to 11, and teens aged 12 to 17, the frightful fun unfolds throughout October for just £10 per child and £5 per adult. The family experience is open on October 21st, 23rd, 25th and 27th from 10am to 5pm, and from 11am-5pm on 29th, with a special SEN session on October 27th, from 10am to 11am.
Teenagers can dive into the supernatural on October 22nd from 11am-5pm and 24th, 26th, and 28th from 10am to 5pm, with an exclusive SEN session on October 26th, from 10am to 11am. Entry for children under 12 requires adult accompaniment.
While utmost care has been taken to ensure safety, individuals with certain medical, physical, or mental conditions, as well as those who are pregnant or prone to seizures, should exercise caution before participating.
As a testament to Chester BID’s commitment to the local community, the event will support the Platform for Life charity. Platform for Life offers invaluable counselling and play therapy services to families who might otherwise be unable to afford them.
