The annual Chester BID Customer Service Awards returns for its 9th year to recognise the best of the best in Chester city centre!
Allowing us to reward those city centre businesses that consistently go the extra mile when it comes to looking after their customers.
2024 saw voting records broken with a over 35,000 votes placed. Thank you to all who voted.

Stage 1: Voting opens to the public to place votes across 13 categories. Every person who votes will be put in to a draw to win a £100 Chester Gift Card. Prize winner will be notified by 30th September 2024.
Stage 2: Voting closes on the 29th August
Stage 3: The top three businesses from each category are mystery shopped in September
Stage 4: Winners will be announced at The Customer Service Awards night in October
