Annual Customer Service Awards Launch To Recognise Customer Service Stars

Voting for the Chester BID awards has now opened

Businesses that excel in customer service are set to be recognised in the Chester BID Annual Customer Service Awards.

Now in its 7th year, the awards are have become the citys annual way to recognise the hard-working individuals and businesses who provide an excellent service and help to make Chester such an attractive tourist destination.

Chester BID are now inviting the public to vote for the businesses in the city that offer the best service,including shops, restaurants, pubs, professional service firms, hotels and more. So far there has already been over 14,000 votes and the deadline for entries is August 28th.

The three businesses from each category with the most public votes will then be mystery shopped by an external team of independent experts and the winners will be announced awards in October at a glittering ceremony at The Guild.

There will be 14 different categories to vote across including Best Restaurant, Best Health & Beauty Provider and Best Independent Retailer.

The Special Award will return for 2023 – and will be presented to the business that has gone above and beyond for their customers.

We are delighted to be able to host these awards and recognise the hard work and dedication of the businesses in the city who really make this city a special and unique place to visit, shop and dine.

Votes can be easily cast online here: bit.ly/CSA23VOTE. Deadline for voting ends on August 28th, 2023. The voting link will also be available through Chester BIDs social channels or website www.experiencechester.co.uk. As an added incentive, anyone who votes will be entered in to a random prize draw for a Chester Gift Card worth £100 that can be spent in up to 100 stores in the city.
