Chester’s Familiar Faces – Marion

Chester’s Familiar Faces – Marion

In this ever-changing world, familiar faces bring us comfort. The faces you see all the time, that make up the fabric of our city and – especially now – are championing our businesses every day. Over the past couple of weeks, our City Host Luka has been chatting with Chester’s familiar faces, asking them four simple question. Next up in our Familiar Faces series, Its Marion! You may hear her laugh before you see her…

Marion – Chesca, Eastgate St.

– How long have you worked in Chester?
42 Years! Including Bookland, CC/Viyella, and now Chesca.
– What is your favourite Plate from which restaurant in Chester?
At the moment, the seabass in The Architect!
– What is your favourite retail shop, where could you spend all your money?!
I love staying loyal to the high street. I don’t buy online and I love fashion! So NextRiver IslandDorothy Perkins.
– If you were a Chester Ghost, where would you haunt?
The old Bookland, 12 Bridge St. I’ve spent most of my working life in that building. I’d love my name in the sandstone, please!
