Harry is a board member of the Chester Growth Partnership, which along with key partners will deliver a programme of improvements in Chester as part of the One City Plan, the 15 year strategy which guides the future economic regeneration of Chester
James Nicholson, managing director, Harlex Property, an investor and developer looking for opportunities to unlock the potential of sites and buildings, from the major cities to smaller regional towns
Chris Farrow, chairman, Ellesmere Port Development Board an enterprise team tasked with expanding the town, and improving the quality of life of its residents by creating thousands of new job, attracting millions of pounds in investment, and building 7,000 new homes
Catherine Walker, head of economic growth, Cheshire West & Chester Council, where key projects include the £70m mixed-use Northgate scheme
Max Walker-Williams, founder, Walker & Williams, owners of boutique aparthotels whose plans include redeveloping derelict buildings in Chester to create a 52-bedroom five-star hotel

Frank has more than twenty years of experience working in local government in a variety of roles working in waste management, highways, education, regeneration, development, and the delivery of major capital projects
Peter Crowther, property director, Bruntwood SciTech which has a joint venture with Legal & General in Alderley Park. The science and innovation park is currently undergoing a £247m investment
