£40k of savings for BID businesses

A partnership between CH1ChesterBID and utility management company, InVEW, has already delivered more than £40k of savings for businesses within Chester’s BID area in its first month of operation.

The collaboration gives BID businesses free access to a dedicated utility management team, who can secure cheaper rates on bills such as water, energy and telecoms, and handle the time-consuming switching process.

A number of businesses have signed up to the free service and are already reaping the benefits. But there are still many others yet to take advantage and CH1ChesterBID Chairman Paul Daniels is encouraging them to sign-up as soon as possible.

He said: “One of our five key initiatives is to help city centre businesses save money and we promised to deliver a group procurement and discount scheme that would help them find better deals on things such as energy, telecoms, stationery and recycling.

“We’re delighted to have made this service available and to have delivered cost savings of more than £40,000 already is a huge achievement for CH1ChesterBID and one that is clearly improving our members’ bottom lines. We now want to make sure other businesses are fully aware of the service and I would encourage them to get in touch with the BID team to find out how they can take full advantage too.”

If you have not already spoken to a member of the INVEW team why not book a call by emailing CH1info@invew.co.uk or call the free CH1ChesterBID Utility Helpline on 0800 156 0533 and ask for a call back at a time convenient to you. There is every chance your business will benefit financially.
